Shop hours at Xmas time?

Does anyone know what hours the shops at the parks will be open during Xmas time? We were upset last July to find the shops closing in certain areas of the parks hours before the rest of the park. Shopping at the parks is a big part of the enjoyment overall and it doesn't seem fair when they close them early. We arrive early Christmas Eve and were hoping to pick up a few last minute gifts.
