Shoes!

I wore crocs most of the time, switching to New balance tennies when it rained and on our day off. My feet were great! I brought along some peppermint foot rub stuff and although I faithfully rubbed it in every night and soaked my feet in the jacuzzi several times I didn't really feel the need to. I have narrow feet with a regular arch and wore the beach style croc. I wear crocs almost all the time now. Why people want to put something on their feet that's uncomfortable...well I'm past that at my age. I saw a fashion designer on tv awhile back and the one "fashion don't" he had was he "didn't understand the crocs phenomenon" that comment right there is enough to keep me in crocs the rest of my life. I really hate fashion and everything about it. If they had their way-- we'd still be in corsets.

I am a crocs addict for our DL days and WDW trips. My feet used to hurt at the end of each day before crocs but now my feet are barely bothered at all.

I have yet to find a great walking/running shoe that I can wear for extended periods of time that does not bother my toes.

I do agree with other posters in that no matter your foot wear of choice -- wear it before your trip! Try it out on a long walk on concrete.

It is the worst feeling to be stuck with uncomfortable shoes and hours of walking ahead of you.

I LOVE my crocs! I love my asics trailrunners as well :) We usually go for 4 or 5 days at a time, so I switch off which shoes I wear depending on the weather and what I wore the day before! We have a stroller too, so I can also bring both and change in the middle of the day if I feel like it :)

I have fallen arches and I pronate. So now I have orthopedic tennies and specially made inserts. That being said, I never wear my tennies. I move my insert from sandal to sandal. I just ordered some crocs for Disneyland on the overwhelming advice of you guys. I will try them out first and take my tennies if I need them.

Another vote for Crocs. I wore my tennis shoes the first day and my feet were killing me. I thought I'd try my Crocs for the first part of the second day and switch when my feet were sore, but I never took them off after that. My feet were still tired at the end of the day, but it shocked me that my feet hurt less wearing them than my tennis shoes! I never have a problem with blisters either, but I agree, Crocs are slippery in wet areas, you have to definitely watch where you're walking.

I'll have to give the Croc flip flops a try. There seem to be lots of recommendations for them.

Crocs flip-flops work for me. I like that they have support but can get wet and will dry very quickly.

For me it's Keen flip flops, Teva Mush flip flops or Privo Float Mary Janes

My feet get way too hot in tennis shoes plus those are something I only wear to the gym.

I'm totally enjoying this thread! I have Croc flip flops, so I'll have to bring them along when we go to DLR! I'll also be bringing my running shoes.

I was very skeptical of the crocs but got a pair of Mary Janes before our WDW trip a couple of years ago - they were the best! My legs and feet never hurt - I was tired at the end of the day but not sore like I usually am!

I have a pair of croc flip flops I wore all last summer. Not sure If I will take them to the park or not... but I do plan on wearing my crocs - can't beat them!!
