I ordered 2 pairs of Skechers boots for my daughters using a coupon code for 25% off and free shipping. I received them quickly but they sent one the wrong size. Worried about them selling out, i called and told them. i returned the boots the next day. They received them 4 days later and sent an email saying they received them and would refill my order correctly. 20 minutes later i received an email that said they were sorry but they were out of stock. I was livid. They made the mistake and when i called I would have expected them to put the correct pair on hold for me. today i went searching all over town and found the right size and paid 20.00 more for them. but i at least have a pair for each girl.
