I put shoe tags on mine 20 years ago. Way back then I had to order in the mail and paid a fortune. But now you can go to Walmart and they have a machine, pick your shape, color etc, type the info you want on it and print. Can even get them at pet shop machines, they do offer "non-bone" shapes
I think it is a great id, won't come off, people will notice (but can only read close up) and kids don't care. I always thought if I put them on girls shoes I'd add a pretty bead or something

thanks to everyone for your help,i was on line and saw plastic shoe tags,that you could right on and they snapped over laces or velcro,i cannot find them any info would be helpful.
Just stating the obvious here: Be sure to use your cell phone number. Your home address and phone will not be of much use to a CM who finds your child in the Magic Kingdom!
