I am amazed no one has posted proof of these laws yet. (ignoring some of the ignorant claims)

Here is one from NC:

There are different ones for each state, some let 10 days before review, others 6, etc. Facts are facts, if you are not approved to home school, and you do not have them in an approved private school, you are most likely violating local state law (children 6-16).

If you have issues finding proof on this on the internet, go to your local courthouse and speak with the clerk. :thumbsup2
 
Alternate opinion: We were there the first week of October and found crowds to be very low most of the time. As long as we stayed away from the "crowded" park of the day, we were just fine. We never waited more than 15-20 minutes for anything (except shows we arrived early for), and yes, we used fast passes when necessary.
