Shocked that we got it!

We obtained a ressie w/o waitlisting for BWV 1bdrm STANDARD view for July2 - July 9 2004. I was shocked! I have rented points in the past and almost everyone asks for BWV standard view and I have yet get this when renting points - We don't own at BWV only OKW and VWL. So when I asked for the MS person to check for it I almost fell over when he said "yes we have it" I think he was a little shocked as well. Well now I can't wait to go! I LOVE the Keister Coaster slide and the walk to Epcot! We have never stayed at BWV - so it should be fun!

More DVCers at "The World" for July 4th. Congrats on the standard view. Perhaps we'll see you around the Boardwalk as we'll be at the Beach Club Villas from June 27th through July 6th. I'm looking forward to NOT fighting the crowds after the 4th of July fireworks at Epcot.

Wonder if maybe you lucked out on someone's 7 month switcheroo -- perhaps over to SSR (since 1st available opportunity would have been 2/4)? I just switched an August ressie for a 1br std view over to SSR -- couldn't resist! SSR is appealing in that it's something new to try and also not many more pts than a std view (slightly less than a preferred at BWV or room at VWL or BCV). So we'll get 8 nights at BWV and a 4 more days over at SSR -- sweeeeet! And for you, who just lucked into a std view for the 4th -- equally sweeeeet!

Congratulations!!! Standard view and 4 th of July! You really got some Disney Magic! I love WDW during the 4th, it is packed to the max no doubt, but if you know the ropes it can be a lot of fun and the fireworks are fantastic!!! Enjoy!!
