You and Norm have always been a shining example of "good-hearted" and a real gem. I know you can't discuss their reasons behind this, but just know that many of us are heartbroken for you and the joy and kindness that many future Disney cruisers will not be able to be a part of! I was wondering if we are allowed to bring our own flowers on? Meaning, could we go to Shirley and buy an arrangement and not have it delivered but take it on ourselves? I understand about having to carry it until the rooms are ready, etc.

Yes, you can bring your own flowers onboard. You won't, however, be allowed to bring the back off the ship in the US.

I am so sorry to hear this! It's been a number of years since my kids received Shirley's baskets but it was a highlight of our cruise. Too bad other children won't be able to experience the same excitement when they get to their stateroom.

Oh No, I'm planning our July trip and was planning on using Shirley's services. Bad for her and worse for those of us who used her services. DCL gifts are underwhelming and expensive for what they are. Thank you for all the wonderful gifts in the past. and best of luck to her.

I am still disappointed about this!!! And I just checked the gifts on DCL and the packages seem to be less choices. The birthday package (as sad as it was) is gone completely! Hoping this means there will be new options soon, since they chose to take away such a great service!!!

I think you can still order from her and pick it up to take onboard yourself.
