shipping to villa prior to trip

I am renting from a dvc owner in April at the Boardwalk. Does anyone know if I can ship a box of snacks & toiletries to the Boardwalk before our trip? If so what should be included on the box as I am not the dvc owner, just renting. Thanks

Yes, you can ship down to the DVC villas. Just make sure you put your reservation number from your DVC confirmation on the box so they know to hold it for you. I write my ressie number on every side of the box saying "Please hold for reservation #xyz". Just mail to the resort address that is on your confirmation. They are used to fielding shipments and it doesn't matter if you are the member or the member's guest.

You need to include your name and arrival date. BW is a convention hotel/resort so your box will be processed by a contractor who charges a fee to receive and deliver the box. Last I read the fee was around $10.
