Call the hotel first, and talk with them. Get all the information first, but I am sure they will tell it will be ok. I would recomend highly either UPS, or Fedex Ground. Make sure you have your name & address inside each box.
I shipped my box down last Monday from NYC. I am tracking it, & was in NC today, it is due to get to the resort on Thrusday, & we are arriving on Saturday. Each resort has a mail room that hold the mail for there guests.
