Shipping to Hotel

What should I write on the box I am shipping to my hotel? reservation number? Names? Arrival Date?



I'm arriving at the hotel 8/5/09, when do you suggest I ship it?

I'm getting married at SBP on August 4th so I am very glad you started this thread! where are you getting married?

I was told not to put the reservation number cuz it's linked to your credit card.

I got a lot of good advice about this from the DIS. People said to do it like this:

your name
in care of [your resort]
hold for check-in on [your date]
the resort address


I sent our boxes about 2 weeks ahead of time, but since it was FedEx, they got there in a week. These days when I have bottled water shipped to Disney, I do it about a week out.

Congrats to you! We are getting married on 8/8 at the Wedding Pavilion with Reception at the Grand Floridian!
