Shipping purchases

We'd like to ship our souvenirs home from WDW. Can this be done from any WDW store or just specific ones?

I'm not sure if it can be done from anywhere, but I know it can from most. Since, a lot of merch, is reapeated throughout the parks, we looked all week, and then went to the World of Disney, downtown, and purchased it all together.

Someone posted that you can also take your week's purchases to the gift shop at the resort, along w/ the reciepts, and they will pack it all up together, and ship.

When you ship the merch, they take off the sales tax, if shipping out of state. Since we bought, and shipped all at once, we actually got it shipped home, for cheaper than taking it alnog w/ us. If you combine several purchases to ship, you would be charged sales tax on each purchase, and then the amount to ship too. Not as good of a deal.

We always buy tons of Christmas presents. Be aware that they use Pony Express or maybe walk it all the way to your home. To Seattle, it's always taken more than two weeks. It is very slow, but it works, the costs are reasonable (saving tax is nice) and it is all packed very carefully.
