Shipping packages

I think I want to ship a box of things to the resort to cut down on the packing. Have any of you ever done this? What size box did you ship? How far in advance do you ship it? Who do you send it to (what name?)

I have only had items shipped from a vendor so i can't give you the info on how far in advance I shipped, but I can tell you how I had it labeled and it worked fine.

It was there waiting when I arrived. I have heard that you should not have anything arrive more than 5 days before you. Don't know if that's terribly accurate but I have read it. We ordered water from Staples and they delivered the morning we arrived.
