If it needs to get there, overnight, the U.S. Postal Service's "Express Mail" is the way to go (in terms of costs) -- and, they guarantee overnight delivery.
Also, unlike FedEx and UPS, Express Mail will deliver to P.O. Boxes.

US Express Mail is not overnight in some areas, especially rural. In fact, some places UPS won't even make the overnight promise. Fedex is the best for overnight, UPS just as good. I wouldn't trust US Mail to get it there overnight, but if you have to ship to a PO box, it's the only choice.
Also, if you take the package to a pack and mail, like the UPS store or Staples, you will pay higher prices than the UPS published rates - which is why some complain it's so high. You can goto ups.com or fedex.com and sign up for an account paid for by your credit card and print a label out online.
