Shipping items to resort

Hi Everyone -
I am hoping someone could help me with the process of shipping items to the resort. We are visiting next month and I want to ship my sons diapers, wipes, and food to the resort before we arrive via UPS. Could someone advise me on what I need to have on the label and how to go about this?
