Shipping items home

We are flying down on a cheaper airline that requires a fee for each bag, checked and carry on. We are going to bring minimum bags so I think we will need to send some items home.

Do all the stores ship home? Is it better to ship from the store or bring everything to our resort and have it shipped home? We are staying at Wilderness Lodge. Hoping to do some shopping at World of Disney, the Christmas store for personalized ornaments and maybe some MK gift shops.

iirc any merchandise location can ship home. If you plan on shopping at multiple locations I would just keep things simple and bring everything to the gift shop at WL and send it together. I did that last year when staying at Yacht Club. Built a droid, bought some souvenirs for co-workers from a few shops around the Studios, and hauled it all back to the YC gift shop. At the time they did not have air available, just ground shipping, but it was very reasonable. Just be sure to keep your receipts so you can show them to the CM at the WL gift shop.

Thank you! We are going right after Thanksgiving and I always go overboard with Xmas March. It’s nice to have the option if needed.
