I am thinking about shipping an aero bed to BWV for my May trip. Has anyone done this, and if so, is it expensive or difficult to do? I may store it in a locker for future use. An adult will be sleeping on it, so a regular light weight air mattress will not support him.

Do you have it already? If not, it might be cheaper overall to stop at one of the stores on your way there and pick it up. (providing you are renting a car once you get there).

One other thing I just thought of ...If you don't have one already, you can order one online, and then just have the company ship it to BWV! Then you can just store it in your owners locker (you DO have one don't you?) for the next trip.

We've packed a queen size one, took up almost the entire suitcase.

Last March I ordered one online from target and had it delivered to OKW. It was there waiting for us and they delivered it to the room. It worked out very well for us.

where are you going to put it? the rooms i've been in there don't have enough extra room for a mattress.

BWV will charge you a fee for shipping a package there. I know previously it was $25, but not sure what it currently is. The DVC Resorts that are tied in to a regular Disney Resort will typically do this.

We used to take our Aero bed (full size) in a carry on. If you can do this, you will save some money unless you purchase one down there as suggested above. Good luck! :santa:
