Shipping a package to resort issue?

Has anyone else shipped a package to their resort, but on the tracking it said it's still at the post office in Orlando due to the "business" not being open? It says they will try again the next business day they are open otherwise it will be sent back to me... Aren't the resorts open all the time?

I sent it to Pop, but we later changed out reservations to All-star Music... I was just going to go to Pop to pick it up instead of having them send it over to ASM and cause chaos. Would this have anything to do with the receiving issue?

I think it's possible the change in resorts might be complicating things. I've always been told to put the resort confirmation number on anything I had shipped. I'd try to call Pop Century and see if they have any suggestions. Probably not much they can do at this point though.

I was under the impression that all packages through USPS went to a central mail facility and were sent to resorts from there.
