shipped items to BWV ??

I understand that BWV is a convention center, and my box will be sent to the convention building, right? Now do I have to pick my package up myself, or can I call for bell services to do it? Not sure exactly how that works. Another though/question I had was since we are arriving later in the evening, around 8:30PM, I assume the center will be closed at that time. Can I call earlier in the day and ask that bell services retrieve the box and hold it for us? What about the payment, can I just have that charged to my room at that time if I do online check in? Oh my, more questions than I thought. Thanks for any/all input- going next Friday

We had to go there to get our box.
We were charged $10
They did not charge it to the room.
We used a credit card.

Bell services will not retrieve any packages that are shipped in. That area/office is actually outsourced now and is run by Kinkos I do believe.
Last Christmas we sent things ahead and when I could not get anyone in that office to respond I went to the concierge desk. They retrieved it and brought it directly to my room. I was not charged anything.

When we were there at Christmas it seemed that the hours varied. I was given a number to call, but I only got voicemail and didn't receive a call back. That's when I went to the concierge desk...they had problems getting hold of them also and that's when the supervisor stepped in and took care of it.
