Has anyone done this?? We were wondering if you could go to a website like diapers.com and have diapers, jarred baby food, etc. sent directly to our resort...thoughts? suggestions?

Sorry I don't know the answer to your question but what we did was for this past trip was packed the diapers in our luggage. This gave us room for to bring things back that we bought. For the jarred baby food we vacuumed sealed the jars in a plastic bag so they would stay in place and could not bang against each other. Then we just placed them between clothes . If the jars did end of breaking, which they didn't, they were in the plastic bags and wouldn't have made a mess.

Hopes this helps.

Go to Costco.com and ship stuff. I ship 3 cases of water every vacation directly to the resort and it works out great. I know they sell diapers and stuff. It takes about 4 business days to arrive at the resort. I wouldn't ship to early because they may not want it sitting around.

I have done that with formula. I had bottles of formula shipped directly from Enfamil to my resort. It worked out perfectly.

I just ordered diapers and a bunch of other stuff from gardengrocer.com. It will be delivered to the resort within 2 hours of our arrival.....

I sent a large box of diapers/pullups/wipes and anything else bulky I could fit in a box and shipped it via the USPS with priority shipping. I shipped it Monday (from NJ) and it was waiting at bell services when we arrived Wednesday. It worked out GREAT and I would highly recommend it.

We have shipped diapers, swim diapers, wipes, swim shoes, etc. but never baby food. Be certain to use UPS or Fed Ex not the US Postal. We generally send 3 days prior to our arrival and just mark hold for arrival on date. Also, we have included return label and extra packing tape, keep a box and then use this to send all of our large stuff back home. Good luck

Just to let you know, I have read on some of the other boards that WDW has started to charge to receive packages. I have not shipped anything down, but you may want to budget the extra charge in.

Hi There!

I just got back this past Saturday...:( We were there for Christmas and New Years. Anyhow, I shipped stuff from home this trip, to easy the luggage situations, it was fine. Last year I shipped formula from Ross Labs (I am in Canada, but used the US site) and I shipped supplies from home as well, no problem! Just call the front desk, and they will give you the info you needed, and they will know the package is expected!

Have fun!

Michelle
