Shiny New Pin!

Wooo hoooo!!! [Think I've pinched that expression from Steve - sorry, very appropriate for all things DLRP]

I've just got my share holders magazine and we are all getting a lovely shiny pin this year!! I think its celebrating 10 years of the shareholders club - I'm so excited I might have to get a lanyard for mine to go on!

And theres more.........there will be [hopefully] a preview of Buzz Lightyear for shareholders - what are the chances of that being between 31st march and 5th April while we are there? Its set to open on the 8th I would love to extend our visit!!!

I am excited about this as I have only just joined.

My experience with the Ap magazine is if you dont download it you dont get it.

I sit here in Spain and await tomorrows post. Well mañana anyway.LOL

looks like i will have to be booking another dlp for this year, to catch up with buzz..........the whole family loved it in wdw . im booked for the 12 feb 06 so i wont catch it this time sooooooooooo well just a excellent excuse to be booking again

I am trying very hard not to get too excited, as I think from what I have read there is going to be some form of allocation [so I presume not all shareholders will get invites] - but it would just be so perfect if it was when we were there!!

look's like i have missed out on the new pin, i was a share holder then through my door with NO warning last year was a cheque to say my shares had gone, i did read a few comments on here having the same problem . did anybody sort anything out or do you just leave it at that.

Tracy, thats so sad We all seem to have had very different experiences with our shares - would you be able to use the cheque to buy more shares and reapply?

actually in this mornings post i recieved the shareholders mag which say about the pin, i still have my membership card which i use for the discounts so i might get the pin ..... do they send it to you or how do you go on about getting it?

What good news , I actually don't know how they go about sending out the pins, I was just presuming if i got the mag - I would get the pin!!!!!

Kaye - it would be fab if you got to go to a special shareholder event for the opening of Buzz. If not, I'm sure I've read that rides often open a week or 2 before their "official" date (a "soft opening" I believe it's called!) so I suspect you may get to ride Buzz on your trip anyway. Don't blame me if not! But I'll have my fingers crossed!
