I know that this one is newer than the Vistana Resort. We are thinking of staying here for a few nights and we are SPG Gold members also. I don't know if that means anything at the Villlas. Would anyone NOT recommend staying here? On Tripadvisor.com, people rave about this place.
We would like a villa to stay to put the baby down in the bedroom so we could stay up later.

I highly reccomend this place. Every time we stay in a condo we say it's fine, but not as nice as the Vistana Villages was.

We really enjoyed our stay there too. Luxuriously decorated villas and the resort is easily navigated. I would definitely recommend it as well.

Thanks all for your responses. I read on another thread someone started that they got a discounted deal staying here and did the timeshare presentation. I emailed Sheraton and asked if they will give me a deal for a few nights and they responded by offering me a 7 night stay with a rental car for $1300.00. (that I can apply as a downpayment to the timeshare if I buy it, yeah ok)
Needless to say, that was not what I was looking for.
My friend got a DEAL at Marriott Grand Vista a few months back because she got their credit card....she and her family got a one bedroom villa for 4 nights for only $240. That is the kind of deal I am looking for!!! Anyone get a deal like this at the Villages?

I got a return call today - they offered me 3 nights for $199, in a one bedroom villa. The price also includes two adult tickets to either Disney, Sea World, or Universal Studios.
Needless to say, I am very happy with this offer! I have to call them Monday to book it and we do have to do the tour but we can spare the hour or two. Yippee! :Pinkbounc

I sent an email through Starwood's timeshare site - saying I was interested in touring and wanted to know if they had a deal for a few nights going so we could go see it and stay a few days. A salesgirl called back - she told me to call 888-218-9026. When I called she was already gone for the day. I suppose you could ask anyone?
