Sheraton Vistana Village?

I have. Beautiful resort we stayed in the key's section & loved it.It was a newer area but now they have the pirate area that is the newest. I think its called the pirate. The pool is a pirate ship kids love it.Rooms that we stayed in were clean & kitchen & bathroom had Granite Countertop's. I would stay in the keys again if I had the chance. Our's was a 2 bedroom also. Pools, lake & grounds are beautiful. Enjoy your trip.

Anyone ever stay at the Sheraton Vistana Village (2bdroom)?

Yes, very nice resort, one of the best in the Orlando area. We liked it enough that we bought timeshares in Orlando (resale, not from developer). We didn't buy at Vistana Villages, but we did buy at Vistana Resort, and I would certainly stay at the Villages again.

Our 2BR unit was very spacious, clean and well equipped.

Did you have specific questions about the resort amenities, or just looking for impressions of the resort?

no questions. i had just read mixed reviews after booking and was curious! thank you! I have seen the pictures and my kids can't wait to swim in the pirate ship pool!

My family stayed there in May. We have always been onsite people and deluxe and I just want you to know I almost cried when we had to leave:lmao:. We loved it. We recently became Sheraton owners so I can't wait to get back.:cloud9: We love going to the parks but I could see us just going to Orlando and staying in this resort and not even going to the parks. The have tons of activities daily for everyone to enjoy. I think on Wednesday or Thursday night they have a big party by the pirate ship pool. They call you every morning letting you know what activities are going on. We had a two bedroom in St. Augustine that looked out directly over the pirate pool. It was wonderful. I will try to post some pics. We just took the younger two kids with us this trip and they are 3 and 5 and they loved, loved, loved that pool. I was a little apprehensive too as well because of some of the reviews I read but was glad to find that there was no need to worry. We had a great time. Have a good trip.

Thank you!!!!! My girls are 2 1/2 and 4... so i'm sure they will enjoy i as much as your children did! I'm excited!!!!

some pics of a two bedroom in St. Augustine. It was plenty of space.

I also read the mixed reviews online. Reading this thread has eased my mind a bit. I appreciate all the responses.

Thanks for the posted pics too!!! :)

I'd be curious to hear from non-owners (ie, non-Sheraton) who have either rented or exchanged into a week at the Villages.

We are non-owners and got a great deal last fall for a quick long weekend trip for MNSSHP and The Villages was GREAT!! We had a one bedroom but it was really nice. I too could have enjoyed a few more days at the resort.

We were planning on the Wyndham Bonnet Creek resort for our Jan. trip but also considering the Sheraton Vistana Village. How is the pricing compared to WBC? Also, what is the best way to go about booking at this resort? I was planning to book WBC through Ken Price. Thanks!
