There was nothing noted in the last newsletter that should be of concern. This is a very large resort so there is always some sort of maintenance or refurbishment going on somewhere in the resort, but the focus right now seems to be on interior soft surface updating, and some exterior painting. There was repaving in several areas last year, but fairly certain that work has all been completed.
There has been no major construction at the resort for several years now, and none would be expected for several more years.
There are often periods when certain amenities like a pool or exercise room are closed for a period of several days for maintenance, but these are always scheduled so that only one is down at a time, leaving 6 other pools open, or 3 other exercise rooms, etc.
