Sheraton Vistana- Is There Outlet Shopping Nearby???

In April 2008 our group which consist of 3 sisters their dad and their 3 friends(we are all 45 + yrs old) will all be staying at Sheraton Vistana for the 1ST TIME. We stayed at Orange Lake for the past 3 years, but this year they caught on to us. So, RCI set us up at Sheraton Vistana. Does anyone have any recommendations. Dad has a hard time with steps. Also what activities do they have, is there a happy hour, restaurants, pools/lazy river just looking for things to do. We all look soooo forward to our trip each year . Whats not to like without our husbands and kids!!!! Also, is there outlets close by????

there are a couple. - one is down 535 - this is right turn

okay assuming you are meaning Sheraton Vistana Resort - not the Village - the village is in a completely different area.

you are much closer to Disney.

make sure that SVR knows about your father problems with steps - most of the building don't have elevators. so he definitely needs a first floor.
