Sheraton at the park-club level? worth it?

Next summer we are planning on our first trip to DL. Getting a head start on some costs & choices. I prefer a hotel for DL but considering all. Can someone tell me about the Sheraton at the park club level? Is it worth the extra money? We are looking at HOJOs because it is so highly suggested. We would want the Premium 2 Queen room facing DL for HOJO's. We only have one son who will be 12 next year. We usually stay moderate when we visit WDW.

I just booked for a trip in September using starwood points with an upgrade to club level. When I did it rack rate was $125 for basic and $160 for club level or 7,000 points versus 8,000 points for club. I have heard the breakfest is decent and the ammenities are upgraded, but I guess it matters what you value in terms of "is it worth it".

We are here right now on club with SW points. I will let you know if it is worth it. We paid and additional 55 dollars a night for club.

I just booked Club level, AAA rate with free parking ($171 per night) for our upcoming August trip. Seemed like a good deal.

I would like to know what the offerings are for breakfast and throughout the day.
