We are leaving in 12 days We have the DDP 1 ts, 1cs, 1 sn per day. When do they give you the mugs, at checkin? Also do the children get one too(the ones in the 3-8 category)?

They don't give you the mugs. You have a "mug credit" on your KTTW card, just like the dining credits. Go to the resort's CS restaurant, pick out your mugs and pay for them with the KTTW card. Everyone 3 and over gets their own mug.
