No one here likes them ripe, either. I try to only buy slightly green ones and I end up eating the ripe ones because I can't stand wasting them.

I've never had zucchini bread.

I love pumpkin bread. I always make it Thanksgiving time.

Yep! That is the one. He is the "mascot" for the Flower and Garden festival at Epcot.
I bought my mom one for her new condo and she practically cried. My parents are ALMOST bigger Disney nuts then me.

Zucchini bread is a great way to use them up!

I've made fried zucchini. We like it a lot. I also cut it up into veggie soup and cook it in tomato sauce with onions, celery and peppers as a side dish.

We've grown zucchini, cucumbers and tomatoes in the past and once the plants flower, we have so much of them we don't know what to do with all of it!
