I have a few questions about this building (relating to Nickelodeon).

1) Does Nickelodeon own any part of the building whatsoever? Or do they own nothing?

2) I have seen some pictures that show that the second floor (and possibly the third floor) of the building still have all Nickelodeon items and stuff on the walls, is this true?

3) What are the second and third floors used for nowadays, considering Blue Man Group only uses the first floor?

I am fascinated by this building, too!

This video is a little bit outdated but shows someone touring the building in 2012. I'm not sure what it's like inside now (I've heard conflicting reports - some say it's the same and others say all the Nick stuff has been painted over!)

I was at a few tapings from late 1990 till 1993. Those were the days if classic Nick. I remember watching the grand opening live on Nick summer of 1990.

I don't know about the 2&3 floors but I know that the bathrooms were never updated. The slime splat is still in the tilework on the floor.
