From reading posts, it seems only way to make reservations is by going to restaurant first thing when it opens same day??? Anyone know anything about any priority reservations???

Web site for menu? Anyone know menu details?

Also, anyone celebrate birthday here? Do they throw anything in as a "freebie" if you are celebrating a child's birthday???

Appetizers
Stuffed Mushroom Trio $8
Mushrooms filled with crabmeat stuffing and topped with three of our signature sauces: Habanero cream sauce, Ancho chili beurre blanc, and tomato citrus sauce. Served on top of a fresh baked crouton and accompanied by a mustard chimmi churri slaw

Filet Mignon $28
We took a classic to the tropics. One half-pound of the most tender cut of beef, grilled over beech wood, topped with a jerk-seasoned demi glaze and melted gouda cheese. Served with a fried garlic yucca cake and fresh vegetables

Sushi grade ahi tuna loin quickly seared on our beech wood grill, served over our tropical slaw and finished with whipped chimmi churi and a habanero cream sauce
Moho Pork $22
Petit pork tenderloin marinated in Cuban moho, served with a rich black bean sauce and and a spicy black bean creme fraiche. Accompanied by island rice and fresh vegetables

Desserts are superb as well,as good as anywhere I've eaten.
Very big cool factor eating there as well.
