Sharing TS meals

There will be 3 adults and 1 child for our upcoming trip in the fall. Are the 3 adults allowed to share 2 TS meals therefore saving a credit? MIL and I are not big eaters so I'm sure that 2 TS meals will be plenty for 3 of us. If we can do that, we can squeeze in a couple of extra TS meals. Also, I feel that too much food would go to waste if we went ahead and ordered 3 adult TS meals. All 3 of the adults will be on the dining plan, so it's not like we are sharing with someone NOT on the dining plan. I know that for buffet/all you care to eat type places, we will required to purchase 3 adult dinners. The places I have booked that are in question are:

Kona Cafe
Chefs de France
Mama Melrose
Coral Reef

We shared 1 TS between two people at Kona Cafe back in Fall '06 -- things might have changed since then, but we were able to do it. We just payed OOP for the extra drink.

I share all the time. There is never a problem.

I don't have any direct experience with this, but I don't think it would be a problem.

We have done it before also. With just the 2 of us. But we were extra nice (tip-wise) to the kind waitresses and waiters who were so gracious about it.
