sharing the magic rewards q

I was awarded a level 1 sharing the magic reward (thanks to my sister for buying in!). I went on my dvcmember account and chose the disney $200 gift card. that was 4 months ago...am I supposed to get it in the mail or something? I called DVC member services twice and no one seems to know/understand how the helicopter this program works. Has anyone ever gotten one of these and how do I get this gift card in my hands?? thank you!!

Have you checked again on the website to see that it was actually ordered? (Making sure that it doesn't still show you with a reward credit sitting in your account.)

We got one this year - and in years past as well - and the card came within a month, I'd guess.

There is clearly a problem with yours if it hasn't arrived yet. They say on the website "up to 7 weeks".

If it seems like you should have gotten it (check your Rewards History), then call your guide. The guides are the ones that should be able to get you the card if there's a problem as I think they are the ones that authorize/approve it in the first place.

thanks for the info. I really appreciate it. I will call my guide. I think that is the best idea to get some real action on this for me.

We got one, they say up to 7 weeks, but it really only took about a week or so for us, but it was sent Fedex, who doesn't always leave a slip on the door, luckily they did this time though.
