Sharing music on your pc legal in Canada

The courts just shut down a suit by CIRA stating there was no copyright infringements with sharing music via Kazzaa winmx etc. So here in Canada we are allowed to do so freely now score 1 for the good guys.

It is great news now I don't have to worry about the thousands of songs I have on my computer hehehe. I liked the judges comment when he refered it to the libraries having a photocopier in there.
