Sharing memory maker- am I set up correctly?

My sister in law and her family will be in WDW the week before us. We plan on sharing memory maker with me managing the account (know I am the one who needs to edit and download).

If this is what shows in both of our MDE accounts, are we good to go?

Side note- the other adults in her party say that we can't share photos since they are managed by her. Will the photos from all of their MBs (say her daughter scans her band at a meet n greet instead of my sister in law) show up? Just want to make sure we have this set up correctly!! We are heading there the day they come home!

Yes, because she manages the other adults they are basically an extension of her, therefore if she can share and view (which she can) you're good to go

I have a side question. When does memory maker start? If the OP is buying it will she get the pics from her sister in law from the previous week?
