Sharing entrees

I was wondering, it has been a long time since my last visit and I can't remember if they let people share an entree between two people (in case of people who aren't very hungry or just don't each very much usually).

I know they share special entrees designed for 2 people or more (like the Teppanyaki at Teppan Edo), but what about regular entrees. I was thinking mostly about restaurants like Coral Reef and Le Cellier.

I am pretty sure this should be no problem, can't share at buffets, but TS main dishes are huge. We always share a burger at Beaches and Creme, then we have room for the No Way Jose', yummy:cutie:

exactly what I was thinking!
Disney has such great desserts that sometimes after you eat a full entree all by yourself you can't take anymore.

Thanks!

Normally this isn't a problem but I have heard a couple of places might charge you 5 dollars or so to split the meal.

My husband and I split meals all the time. When we order, we just tell the server that we will be sharing *fill in the blank*. If it's an appetizer, you usually get two small plates anyway but you can always ask just to make sure. For desserts, I always ask for an extra spoon or fork or whatever. One time, my son wasn't sure about the cheddar cheese soup in Canada and neither was I. So I asked for three spoons for it (my husband was with us). The server brought out three bowls with slightly smaller portions for us. And charged us for one cup of soup.

At Disney - just ask.

Great to know this!

I was thinking of eating lighter meals more often throughout the day and this certainly helps!
