No, not normally. Each of those resorts by itself is among the largest at WDW.

1. No. Some visitors board whichever bus comes first and walk over to their resort, but each resort has dedicated bussing.

3. This is the intent, but for various reasons, the interval can be shorter or longer.

1) Through the day time, no AOA and POP are two separate buses EXCEPT after about an hour after closing.That is usually when they will combine routes.

2) Some do, some do not. I would not recommend traveling between 12pm-4pm because that is usually when they spread to about 30-35 minutes.

3) That is up to you. Sometimes, the parks will have 3 or 4 buses that follow each other to resorts, sometimes its a 30 minute wait.

When I was in Transportation, the routing program would do funky things like that, and sometimes there is nothing you can do. If you are staying at AOA or POP, the parks tend to run more buses in the morning, and you will see a Transport CM out in the load zones communicating with the Transport Dispatchers informing them with what is going on.

When I stayed at POP in 2014 (long ago, but somewhat relevant), we shared buses with AoA to some of the parks.

The only time I ever experienced a shared bus between Pop and AOA was at the end of evening EMH at MK when we were leaving the park at 2 AM. And there were only about a dozen people total on the bus for both resorts. You don't need to be concerned about sharing with these two resorts.

Bus runs approx. every 20 minutes, and start about 6:30AM.
