Hi Minnie Much!

From time to time ebay offers some shares. My boyfriend bought there two shares to hang them up. But I could't tell you how to get them regularly. :confused3

Rhianna - do you mean Jude wants to buy your dad shares, so he can join the Shareholders Club? Is so, this might be a good place to try.

Thanks again bexx but i was wondering how do you find out how to get them on the site, what type of links do you click on????????

I bought mejulie a share in the Walt Disney company for her birthday a few years back using the website....oneshare.com

I was going to buy(might still do) her shares in DLP but when i searched websites that sell the oneshare type of thing, there was a couple of european ones and i didnt know what to choose, so i didnt do it.

Try google.

I bought mine last year from Squaregain (now Selftrade). As Eurodisney do not trade on the UK stock exchange you need to ring them up and get them to quote for the number of shares you wish to purchase. They can then arrange everything for you very easily.

I bought mine so that I could join the shareholders club - its not really worth buying them for anything else as they are unlikely to increase in value. I think mine have actually gone down since I bought them.

I have also thought about getting some DLP shares. Does anyone know if there's a lower limit as to how many shares you have to buy before becoming eligible for the share holders club? I thought i heard something like this for WDW shares due to the number of single shares being bought.

I think you have to have a minimum of 500 shares to join, if you have less than 2000 you have to pay an annual fee or something. If you have more than 2000 shares, it's free. I think I saw this somewhere I'll just look for the link.....its from http://www.eurodisney.com/en/0322.php and look at the t&Cs. (pdf file)

That's right the limits were increased after the rights issue :)

Oh some financial thing. Explains why I was highly confused.
I wish people wouldn't talk about disney shares as I may do something like buy some!!

You can do worse. As long as you see them for the benefits and not as an investment you'll be fine :)
