I received my member card yesterday! It's pretty weird I haven't received the temporary card first, I hope it didn't get lost in the mail, because my welcome pin was sent with the temporary one.
But I'm excited nevertheless!

For me it was also a big surprise.
After we booked for Christmas the ladies from the bookings office called us.
We already received a bill but when she checked the bills she saw in her computer that we where also shareholder.
She told us to wait . She would send us a new bill with the discount.

Unfortunately for us we had already paid for our Christmas trip before my membership arrived. Oh well just have to wait for the next trip......

Well they've changed that recently then - certainly last year, you couldn't get your shareholder discount on Castle Club rooms or suites. Maybe it's time to make a CC booking...!

This happened to us.Our temporary one arrived two or three days after the proper one. I was more excited to get the pin, so hopefully yours will catch up with you
