Can anyone explain it all to me? Costs, benefits, is it worthwhile etc?

It used to be reasonable to be a member of the shareholders club but they have now imposed that you have to have 100 shares to be a member, as I think it was costing the company more with the benefits then they were raising in funds from the shares as you could have 5 shares and pay a membership fee previously.

It would cost over €500 to become a member now. Its down to you to work out if its worth it.

It is a lot but the whole point of selling shares is to raise funds for the company, which they severely didn't do with the old scheme.
