Just received an email from shareholders club giving advance notice of Shareholders preview at WDS on 2nd June

So the good news is that Crush and Cars will be open then, which will hopefully mean soft openings for others before the official date of 16th June

I just received that e-mail too. I would love to attend this special event but not sure that I will be able to. I expect it will be very busy that weekend. Is anyone else going to be able to make it? The 25% discount on SL and DCR seems good but availability will probably go quickly.

Brilliant!! 2nd of June is the last day of my 4 day trip to DLRP. I just bought shares a couple of months ago prior to booking this trip.
I think l read somewhere (l'll see if l can find the link for it again) there is to be a sort of meet and greet with the two main character vehicles Lightning McQueen and Mater. My DS (age 3) loves the Cars film, he will be so excited.

I know I can't make it and I was upset until it occurred to me that I will have to book a trip for a time when it will all be open!

Cyrano, I hope you are right about the soft openings for others.

When I am there the week of June 4 for three days, I assume the only way to know a soft opening is in effect is to stick my nose into WDS and see for myself?

Btw, I read on the registration form that everyone who registers receives a 1 day park hopper per person registered (max of 2 persons). Since both my mom and I have APs, we won't need the park hopper (only valid for June 2).
I have to check at home to see if anyone else wants to join us, but I don't think so, which means that i'll be able to give someone there at DLP 2 1day park hoppers. If you're interested, PM me!

(even for those who go multiple days, it saves you money for that 1 day then...)

Wow, I hope there will be 'soft openings' can anyone go on soft openings? or is it only for share holders?
We're there 5-7 june so cars and crush would be a huge massive bonus.

I'm registered. Apparantly, I will get 2 park hoppers (that we won't need) and 4 bracelets for the previews (I will only need 2 or 3).

Each shareholder club member previously registered for Toon Studio Event will be allowed to pick up his tickets and attraction passes, at Donald’s desk located at the Disneyland Park entrance.
On the occasion of this special event, we will also invite you to take part in a Walt Disney Studios Park Guided Tour. This offer will be limited and available according to first come, first served. You will be able to register to this Guided Tour only on Saturday 2 June 2007 when you will get your tickets and attraction passes.

From 12.00am – 3.00pm iscover those new attractions!

Toon Studio, the new zone in Walt Disney Studio Park, will be privatised from 12.00am to 3.00pm for Shareholders Club members exclusively. We will invite you to leave Toon Studios at 3 o’clock precisely.
Upon presentation of your attraction Club pass, you will be able to repeat the rides as many times as possible between 12.00 am and 3.00pm.
So take a mighty fine grip of the wheel and plunge into the ocean with Nemo!

Just a question to everyone who has registered, did you get a confirmation email or anything? I have registered and haven't got anything and the last thing I need is to turn up and they say I haven't registered.

Nope, I didn't receive a confirmation email.
At the time I registered, I couldn't print, and I couldn't even copy the text into a word-file to print later on.

So I really really hope I am registered.

Hm, maybe I should try and register again, if it says I am already registered, I know I'm fine, otherwise, I can print it this time!
