Shareholders club renewal vent

I am trying to renew my membership which expires this month. I sent off all the form including proof of ownership. I emailed them to check they received it as i'm wary now after my consolidation form have vanished in the post (thats a whole other story) I checked my credit card & the money has been charged, great I thought.

They emailed my to say they have received the renewal form but I need to send proof of ownership. I responded they were all sent together, they can't find them I emailed proof but I have now been told it needs to be proof from the last 3 months I have now sent a copy of my consolidation form as I have never received anything else. Hopefully this will be accepted, I can't see why they have charged my account if there was a problem with the forms.

Sorry for the moan, I have never had any problems but between this & my problems with my share consolidation (which is going to cost more as I missed the rebate deadline) I have had enough of it.

I'm hoping it gets sorted quickly as i'm looking at going for trip next month.
