My membership card has the expiry date October 2014, does that mean it is valid until October 1st or 31st?

It is the 31st. Mine expired January 2014 and I asked in salon mickey when I went there on 2nd January .

Your card is valid until the last day of the month in which it is due to expire. So yes, in your case the 31st.

Just confirming it's the end of the month. THe new cards have this on them, mine arrived today and I have to say the new ones with photo looks cool. They are now black and silver

Well I didn't think I'd get to use it again as not planning on renewing but Liam has worn me down and persuaded me to go back for Halloween not Christmas. We arrive on 29th October so would you say I shouldn't have a problem buying Dream AP's with my discount onsite on 30th? I had been planning to order them by post but it makes sense to hang on and get them whilst we're there if I can.

Last time I was in Salon Mickey (on my own) as I'd messed up with times for the shareholders preview of MU, I thought it was 8.00 in the morning ! should read emails more carefully, I explained to them it was my last visit, excited now that I can potentially squeeze in 2 more.

Mine was due to expire April, emailed the forms in March got the card this week so about 4 weeks but I have lost a month as mine now expires end of March but don't mind. It can vary up to six weeks to receive the card sometimes longer
