Shareholder club form

I let my membership expire but am encouraged by a post where a Diser was able to renew even after having expired.

I can't access the form and wondered if anyone can send me the PDF of the form?

Don't think anyone can pass the form on as it has the shareholders detail saved to it. I know my one did so all I had to do was print and sign it

ETA; Just had a look and found this on the site: Your membership renewal for is only accessible from Your Personal Space, only 60 days before your card expires. We invite you to log in to Your Personal Space.

Yes, when I renewed by card last time it was a form you had to fill online, then print out, sign and send via fax (together with the proof of ownership for the shares)

I would say your best chance is to give them a call and ask....

Will do, I went to my personal page for the shareholders and form was not there.

Go on your personal page on the shareholders page and select renewal and it will follow you through the steps of an online form. That's what I did

If you can't access the form you can use the new application form if it is still available.

If not send the club and email and they will email one to you.
