Shared shuttles from WDW hotels to Port Canaveral?

Hi!

I am planning a Non-Disney family cruise but we are going to have a pre-cruise stay in WDW.

Of course, there is always the possibility to take the ME back to the airport and take the cruise line shuttles but we are travelling with seniors and that would double the time of transportation and force us to leave WDW earlier than we'd like to.

I checked Mears and all they offer is a super pricy ride in a car.

Have you ever used a shared ride from WDW to go to Port Canaveral that you were satisfied with?

P.s. We do not use Uber. We do not have drivers licenses.
