If someone else wanted to foot the bill for building another Disney park in Colorado (or Texas, or Mississippi or wherever the rumour-du-jour says) and license the name for the exorbitant fee, etc. etc., we'd probably get another park...

Disney is not a majority stakeholder in any of the international parks.
