I recently heard a touching story and wanted to share it with all of you.
There is a seven-year-old boy in Ontario who was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia when he was only five. After 108 weeks of treatment, he relapsed. His one wish for his upcoming birthday is to break the world record for the most birthday cards ever received! I'm having my second grade class write cards and everyone in the whole school that my friend works at is writing as well. Please help him reach his goal by writing a letter, telling friends, family and coworkers or bringing it to the attention of your child's teacher.
I'm not sure of the rules to post the website but it's called shaneswish and if you use your imagination, I'm sure you can figure out the address. It's pretty simple!
