Shamu Rocks Dinner -- No dates in Late Aug?

OK, this will be our 1st SW visit (we never went off-property before). I'm really excited about this, and had my heart set on the Shamu Rocks buffet. But the SW resie site doesn't list any dates after the 19th. Is it really not offered in late Aug.?? All the other dinners are offered. Any recommendations?
