Shamu Light Up the night

Can't get enough of this new night show at Seaworld. Definitely a must see if you're visiting the park this summer. Anyone seen it yet?

I love the show. I have seen it Friday (Pass holder preview) Saturday and Sunday. Its truly a spectacular show. SeaWorld has a huge winner with this one. Love the music, the new behaviors, the lights, the video screen. Its all awesome.

Totally agree. The music is incredibly catchy. I hope they come out with a CD of the show music soon! Also love the dancing through the decades preshow!

How long are they doing this special show? I see the schedule on the SW website only through Aug. 3rd. Show times are not available for days after that. We're entering Orlando Aug. 31st and just wondering if it will still be showing then?

We are planning to be at SeaWorld on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend (August 30th). It shows a 9 pm closing time. I would love, love, LOVE it if Light Up The Night is featured over the long weekend, but I'm not holding my breath. A little pixie dust would be much appreciated, though!

(what's the SeaWorld equivallent of "pixie dust", anyway? "Sea Sprinkle"?)

I'd be surprised if Light Up The Night wasn't showing on Labor day weekend. Usually park closings of 9:00 will feature the special night shows, so I'm pretty confident Light Up The Night will be shown on Labor day weekend. I would also be willing to bet that August 31st will be the last showing of Light Up The Night for the summer. If you want to see this show, I would suggest going to SeaWorld on August 31st.

The show schedule for August usually comes out the last week of July.

Usually park closings of 9:00 will feature the special night shows, so I'm pretty confident Light Up The Night will be shown on Labor day weekend. I would also be willing to bet that August 31st will be the last showing of Light Up The Night for the summer. If you want to see this show, I would suggest going to SeaWorld on August 31st.

If it was added as a Summer's Night Show, they end August 10. So it could be iffy even on the holiday weekend because a lot of the college kids that work on the shows are back at school. I could be wrong but that is what the magnet that they sent me as a pass holder says is the last showing for Summer Nights.

I remember years past where the summer nights shows, including Shamu Rocks and Sealions Tonight came back for Labor day weekend even though summer nights ended in mid Early August.

I agree, Pinkgirl . We Canucks also consider the end of August to be "summer"! I wish SeaWorld would keep the festivities running from the May long weekend until after Labor Day is over.
