are the DVC bathrooms stocked with shampoo/lotion/soap?

Yes but the shampoo is ok for me with my short hair, I don't know how effective it would be for long hair. I would bring shampoo or buy some there if I were a woman and had long hair. My wife brings here shampoo with her. I use the shampoo in the unit.

We stayed at OKW in early OCT. and found that the shampoo was much smaller than what we normally get at BWV, like half the size and the dish detergent was a half of a supermarket size as was the dishwasher detergent. I just figured it was an OKW thing as we had never stayed there before.We went to see the mock up of SS and they had the "normal" size of everything. Who knows.

I have to admit that I get psyched when I read the shampoo bottle that is stocked in the rooms.....

"Everybody squeaky clean?...Then off to the show!"

We returned from BWV 11/01 and also had the new shorter but wider Mickey bottles of shampoo/conditioner. I think the change is WDW resort wide. They gave us two more bottles during our trash/towel service day. I always bring my own but DH uses it.

Now we have stayed DVC twice - OKW and BWV and no lotion at either spot. But did receive lotion during our AKL stay in between the two.

The dish detergent at BWV this time was in one time use pouches not the small box of detergent that we used at OKW.

I just returned from the BCV--I had one tiny bottle of shampoo, a few soaps, no lotion. I always pack my own shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and extra soap. The soaps barely lasted until T&T day for 2 people.
