For what it's worth, we stayed at the Yacht Club at the end of September, and we got the little individual bottles. I don't recall seeing any provision for the wall dispensers in the bathroom. You'd think they would have already installed the wall dispensers along with the recent refurb if they were in a hurry to go that direction.
Incidentally, I wonder if Disney thought guests would feel uncomfortable with the communal nature of the dispensers at this time.
