Shake and Bake! TR link up FINALLY!!!!

Wow...quite the ADR escapade. We decided to not schedule something for every day and kinda of fly by the seat of our pants. We do have several, alot of the same places you are eating but we aren't stressing about the other day, don't like to be too scheduled. Last Sept. we didn't have any trouble walking right into one of our favorites...Spoodles, on the Boardwalk, love that place! We figured if we were willing to eat at off times, we might get lucky, not at the crazy hard places to get in but some of the others. I guess we'll see if we end up regretting this decision!

I just got a postcard for FREE DINING!!!!! I'm so excited!!!!

OMG I need to make a TON of ADR's. I only have 4 booked so far.

What do I do with CRT? I have already paid in full for that. Can I get the money back for it OR should I just pay OOP and use the TS's elsewhere.

OMG!!! I am soooooooo behind! Congrats that is so awesome. Food is the epicenter of any good vacation, so in reality your vacation just got a billion times better!

You're going to put out a fun trippie and I can't wait to read it. Maybe we'll see ya if we get lucky. If not I have to wait 'til December. I can't wait to see all these outfits too. They all sound good. And get the kids a camera for the pirate cruise. I wanna see pics of that too. (I'm sure you do too.)

SNAP! Most of your ADRs are the same as we have - you'll need to give me an up to date dining review when you get back - with lots of pics!!

Hope your brother will be OK this weekend - it will be tough for them all.

PS. How you feeling? Did you get back to sleep OK? I'd be comatose by now, though I admire you for getting up and doing something when you can't sleep....I tend to just stay in bed with my eyes closed hoping I'll fall back to sleep somehow.

I posted about this over in Restraunts and the Podcast. I actually emailed the company that's opening T-Rex, through their online website, and a woman wrote me back, saying that the way it was going at that point, the end of Oct. looked like when they were going to open.

I had asked & explained to them that we were leaving on the 13th, so if there was a soft opening, I wanted to know so we could maybe go to it. However, due to her response, I question if they'll even make their Oct. 14th official opening date.

I was really hoping for a soft opening.

Thanks for remindng me about the cameras for the kids. Morgan has a Tinkerbell one that she says she lost. UGH. Great. I'll have to search today but I need disposable ones for the cruise in case they drop them in the water and then a waterproof disposable one for Typhoon Lagoon!

Oh man I was dragging yesterday hard! I had to finish the pirate skirt for Morgan and then I put the ties on my costume. Did a terrible job and wanted to throw the sewing machine out the window. I'm glad I am finished with those projects. I went to bed around 9pm and forced myself to stay there until 7pm with some help from Tylenol PM so I would stay asleep. A margarita would have done the same thing but I was fresh out of those and a cute margarita guy at the house to serve one to me.

An aside about the memory cards. You can take them into the Kodak store beside Tony's in MK and have them burn the contents of the stick onto a CD for you...

Oh shoot, a soft opening would be idea. Our plane leaves at 5pm on that Tuesday the 14th so I was hoping we could sneak in on Monday and not have to worry about making our ME ride if its crazy busy. I'll have to do more research.

I haven't told Jake for this very reason. We saw the one in Kansas City DAYS before it opened. He was freaking out!!! He wanted to go in so bad. That was 2 years ago and we havent been to that section of KC since. I guess if it doesnt open we will make sure we get to T-Rex in KC next time we go visit Jeff's parents. I really hope its still on for Oct 14 though with soft openings of course!!!!

To Do List

Today we have 2 birthday parties and church. I need to clean my house a little and then start packing because the rest of the week is nuts.

Monday Jeff has a dentist appt then he works all day. I have a DR's appt that I was going to CXL until afterwards because its really far awsy, like over an hour each way, but I forgot so I think I have to go or get charged for it. I hate to take up that chunk of the day. Then Morgan has cheer, thankfully no dance but cheer after school, Jake has football

Tuesday I have Parent teacher conferences in the morning that we were supposed to do Thursday. Then I work in Jake's classroom. Then dance and karate after school.

Wednesday I work in Morgans classroom. Have Dance after school, football practice. Get home at 8:30 and pass out because we leave at 4:30am on Thursday morning for the airport.

So I need to get busy today!

Here is the list

Make photocopies of all ticket media (still havent done that)
Buy strapless bra for my costume, my old one fell off of me. TMI!!!!
Buy disposable cameras for kids and waterproof disposable for Typhoon Lagoon
Charge cameras, ipods, video camera, cell phones, dvd player
Put another movie onto each of our ipods
Put chargers into bags to pack
pack!
Finish their surprise/welcome bags
Type up list of ADR times and conf numbers. Make some sort of schedule
laundry like crazy!
Remember shorts for under Morgans pirate skirt
Pack Earrings for Morgan and I.
Do our nails with the red and black polish I bought!
Give NoSamantha a bath and comb her with a shedding comb
Wash all of her bedding stuff (she's spoiled and has a bed and 3 sheets, she actually covers herself up at night. Its funny! )
Take NoSamantha over to Grandma's on Wednesday night so we dont have to do it Thursday morning.
Fax my room request TODAY!
Order Water TODAY
Pay bills due while we are gone
Put timers on lamps indoors
Switch to bagallini bag that I picked up from Marshalls, maybe decorate it with some bling!
Stamps for postcards or just buy them at the front desk
Remember to bring addresses!!!
Remember to bring fridge swap information and phone numbers
Decorate our pumpkins Morgan found for our window sill. I'll post pictures when these are done.
Get boarding passes on Wednesday morning

Great ADRs!! I am curious to see if T-Rex will be open for you, I hope it is. Bill and I have it in our plans for our November trip.

Reading your To Do List makes me want to pass out. It was exhausting just reading it, I can't imagine having to do all that .
